Tuition Refund Policy
Typically there is no need for a tuition refund. However, if an unexpected occurrence arises which is shown as beyond the student’s control which makes attendance impossible, a refund will be available, but only to the extent in those conditions, exclusions, and limitations published below:
- A full refund will be granted prior to the meeting of the second class.
- One-half refund will be granted prior to the meeting of the fourth class.
- Once the meeting of the fourth class begins, no refund is granted.
If a student attempts any type of refund, that student must request any type of refund request in writing and explain specifically what unexpected occurrence has arisen beyond the student’s control which is shown to make attendance impossible.
The student must submit that written refund request to the class professor, or alternatively submit that written refund request to National Bible College’s main office, office administrator in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
It is crucial to remember time is of the essence. A student’s written refund request must be “actually” received (in hand) either by an authorized class professor or arrive in hand by the National Bible College office administrator located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
To prevent a rejection of your refund request, study the bullet list above, to determine how-best to proceed, because specific written refund request must arrive timely or will your refund request will be rejected as shown in the bullet list above.
Oral request for refund is prohibited, because all refund requests must be in writing and must contain a specific explanation of factual elements which the student can show as beyond his control, unexpected, and making it impossible for that student to attend class, a written refund request arriving be in hand prior to the stated full and partial deadlines described in the bullet list above.
A student attending National Bible College is not eligible for any government grant or loan. Also, the main office of the National Bible College offers no funds for student scholarship at this time. The student is encouraged to request student aid from the local church since that local church will most likely be the place of his enhanced ministry.
